What are you doing with excess iconwards?

With every recent bulk kit coming with an iconward (tooth and claw + start collecting). I have too many iconwards. I'm sure I'm not the only person in this situation. What are you doing with your extra iconwards? I'm thinking of going the kitbash route or using them as standard barers (I have a kitbashed iconward that can stand out as a real one).

Honestly, they make good conversion material. Turn them in Kelermorphs with some pistols and a cape. Make a Sanctus or two with a sword and/or rifle. Give him a vox or loudspeaker to make a Clamavus. Hell just making more Acolytes isn't ever a bad call.

These guys are not going to go for much on ebay so might as well use them.

With broken standard I can't tell them apart from the Acolytes/Metamorphs in skirt.
