I want to mess around with a Jormungandr battalion involving Warriors and Raveners. How many Warriors can you fit around a unit of 3 Raveners? Is there enough room for 9 with a prime?

More than enough. You can fit 2 units of 9 warriors.

3 ravenors fits a ton. Back before the 50% reserve rule I played jormungundr ravenors and fit 30 devilgaunts and 20 stealers around them
