Refunding CP FAQ clarification.

So I was trying to find some info about how the FAQ on CP refunding works. I know they capped gaining more CP to 1 CP per game turn and anything that refunds CP only gives 1 unless it states otherwise, was there any more than that? I'm starting up Death Guard and with the Tallyman and Sevenfold chat it says every time you use a strat roll 2D6 and on a 7 the CP are refunded. So for this do I get both back or only 1? And can it be used multiple times or just once per phase? Asking because a lot of the other abilities and relics give you a CP when you do X thing but the chant says they're refunded so I'm trying to figure out where that lays.

Edit: It's also not the only one that 'refunds' CP, with that being pretty common wording for things that trigger off your own strats, and is covered under tactical restraint, same as gained.
