One rule question

I was looking at rules people often get wrong to try to learn and dont make these mistakes myself. But then I saw this and I wanted to ask if this correct

"Pulling exploits the fight order. If two side-by-side units of Boyz charge your 10-man squad deployed in a line, one unit has to attack first. They will likely kill multiple Guardsmen. You can remove your casualties from the side of the line where the Ork unit that has not attacked is. If no enemies are within 1" of that other unit after the first unit is done fighting, it cannot fight. Therefore, it cannot pile in or consolidate."

The rules says you can choose unit to fight with if it charged or has model within 1". So wouldn't you always get the pile in move if you charge?

Another quick question to save a thread - if we monsterous size old one eye - is it S15 ot 16 attacks?

You're correct. However, it does often come up on units that didn't charge. Sometimes you can charge, not kill stuff, then have one squad fight back and pull you out of a second squad, for example.

And for the above, 15. Since it modifies the weapon, not the model's strength. And you double, then add.
