I hope this is not everything. 10 pages in the PA book is not much, but when it's condensed down to 4 google doc pages it looks like even less.

It is as far as I can tell.  It's every spoiler I could find.  You have text size which reduces, and no boxes like they have in the book.  So there's a lot of space that's been removed.
