Spore mines and the deepest shadow

Can the deepest shadow be triggered by spore mines fired from a Kronos biovore? What about does from sore field?

Yes if they are Kronos units. (For example created by a Kronos biovore or a sporefield in a Kronos detachment)

I have 2 jorm battalions and a Kronos spearhead (with the biovores). So i can choose to activate the spore field stratagem from the Kronos detachment and the deepest shadow from them correct?

Correct.

Edit: make sure you make it clear to your opponent what you are doing there. Declare "these are Kronos spores" when you're playing the strategem.
