No major updates.

GSC updates:
1) kelemorphs reroll 1s is now applied after it finishes shooting
2) they came from below units must arrive before the end of the 3rd battle round

Tyranid updates:
1) no advancing and shooting heavy weapons with onslaught
2) onslaught doesn't give you the benefit of remaining stationary for heavy weapons beast.

(please do not swear) my life GW why do you keep doing this to Nids players. You take away T1 DS, you take away past T4 DS, you take away Onslaught..... but give Marines a 99% accuracy buff?

Another ruling against tyranids because y'all cant quiet. Every time I have asked, TOs (and even my opponents) would rule in favor of me when I would ask them how I interpret that rule. GG. If you asked for clarification to GW do me a favor and make a million dollars

Also, I think we can still use return to the shadows to pop up on or after turn 4.

Guilliman reroll all failed hit dice, not excluding 3s on -1 to hit etc.

Sounds like the pauper prince rerolls (may reroll vs reroll failed). The minor difference in wording actually matters.

Yes you can still do that but the issue is that you used to be able to put 3 blips back into reserves with "They came from below" and save those until after T3 if needed which was huge and crucial  to beating some lists and now that is gone.

First one is a bit of a bummer but did the second one need to be clarified? I thought that was pretty straight forward. It said you don't get the penalty to move and shoot, how anyone could read that and assume they got to shoot as if they didn't move is beyond me.

Agreed. I think people made an assumption. I had to correct someone the other day.

As for onslaught, I'm glad there's finally a clarification. I've been rules for and against in different games so I'm glad we have an official word on it. I do think that gw needs to work on writing clear rules to begin with.

I am curious on what prompted the change to the kelermorph though. It was already at end of phase so you couldn't perfect ambush for it, was it specifically for his extra shots cause I can't think of anything else that would take place between him finishing his shooting and that ability triggering. Even then you got extra hits based on hits so you'd add those all up even before the wound rolls right? Hmm.

Technically every shot is fully resolved one by one. No one plays this way because games would take days but that is how the rules are. Plus there is the 'Fast Rolling' side bar that says you can just roll everything at once if it doesn't matter which is 99% of cases).

So yes, the Kelermorph could buff himself, no one I know did it tho because it's way to tedious and not worth the time.

Watch the top GSC players like Nick N and he rolled the shots one at a time to try to kill something and then he would buff himself.  Same way that Tau marker lights buff themself so you roll one a time until you get one on the target and then the rest of the unit can re-roll 1's.  I never did it because it was a waste of time IMO but in ultra competitive play people would do it.

Ohh ok that does make more sense then! I always just rolled everything together because... idk it's easier that way for me. Assemble all the dice pools for all the shots/attacks and then roll them at once. Next game I'll roll every dice one at a time to the point my opponent forfeits out of pure annoyance. It's a masterful scheme for the cheesiest of beards!
