Competitive Aeldari List

Hello everyone! I'm looking for some CC on a couple of ideas for competitive Aeldari lists. The tournament I'm involved in has a rule where you declare one codex before the series starts and all your armies for the entire 6 or so months have to be at least 51% from that codex. I'm pretty sure I'm going to main Craftworlds, but I'm torn between Drukhari allies, or Harlequins. I've posted two ideas for lists below. Thanks!

I'm thinking the list with the Harlie allies might be too focused on taking out big stuff and get pwned by a horde list. The second one (with Drukhari) seems a bit more balanced, Reapers and planes for big stuff, splinter fire for hordes. I went with Executioner and Mind War for the Farseer considering I can get a -3 Ld debuff on something with one plane alone, Mind War doesn't need LOS or to be closest, and Executioner is bonkers vs hordes. How mandatory do people feel it is to have the double battalion with Aeldari?

What I consider a competitive Aeldari list must at least have 4 planes and lots of Psykers to Smite kill things.

Fun yet challenging to fight?

Bring a unit of the new Shining Spears with their 2++ and potential 5+++ - run them across the table and start slaughtering marines, force them to have to shoot you to death instead of charging you to death. They could even be Ynnari, for funsies (and IIRC less reliance on Quicken, although that's mitigatable).

Pair with Harlequins Troupe of 12, Frozen Stars, run them across the table with a 3++ and -1 to wound and start destroying more marines, and laugh as you lock them in combat and become unkillable.

Finish with whatever, smites or ld bombs or other mortal wounds. Who cares, they have 2 huge units of 2++/3++ that can only be brought down via mortal wounds.
