How was his tfex with rupture cannon firing 4 shots twice every turn? *facepalm* That may have been the index tyranids, pre-codex. Maybe some weird fusion, in Index it was Heavy 2 so would shoot 4 times total, not 8 total. |

dc0315It's mostly likely because he read it wrong once from Index to codex and didn't go check because he is holding a camera filming. That's usually the main reason for rules mistakes in batrep videos.

Also, Owen used to do plenty of rules mistakes with his Tyranids (Hive Fleet mixups, wrong stats on most weapons, illegal moves, rules ignored, etc.). Many loved to call him a cheat, however his mistakes were consistent throughout the batreps, showing, if anything, that he didn't read the codex more than once. |

Bifpod recently did a charity stream with a lot of top tier ITC players, a fair few of which were playing nids (or nids/GSC/guard). Most of them were fairly involved with explaining what/why etc, so worth checking out if you want to watch some comp games. Not linking everything, but saw these live: nids vs Ynnari, and nids vs DE played by Nick Nanavati.

(please do not swear) mix Nid Kraken list against Deathwatch. If you wanted to see how badly a list does that has minimal synergy check it out... But 12 Zoans did stuff and things...
