Need help tweaking an Eldar list

Hey guys,
I made a 2k Kronos list for myself because I wanted to see what a more psyker list would play like. Its new and different from my normal play style. Then I offered to make a 2k list for my Eldar buddy and he agreed. I made his list out of most things he doesn't typically use, to give him a wider experience of the army units. Also, he would try to take at least 2 hemlocks and/or wraithknights and Im tired of that.

Both lists are straight forward, no special synergy, and I didnt tailor mine to specifically beat his. But when I compared mine to his, I realized how vastly different they were.

PARAPHRASING NID LIST GO!!!
Battalion: 3 Neuros, 3 units of 4 Zoans, Maleceptor (gonna try it), 3 units of 17ish gaunts (screens), 2 Excocrines.
Supreme command: 2 Flyrants with melee relics, Malanthrope (babysit Exos)

Battalion: Avatar, Eldrad, Farseer, 2 units of 10 Dire Avengers, 15 Guardians, 2 Fire Prisms
Vanguard: Spirit Seer, 5 Wraithguard, 5 Wraithblades, 2 units of 5 Skriking Scorpions, Wraithlord

I did kinda, a little, tailor the Eldar list to combat the Nid list. Normally he would only bring Eldrad as his lone psyker but I thought the more the better vs all mine. Plus the extra Farseer gives him more powers from the Fate discipline and the Spirit Seer buffs the Wraiths a bit. I also thought if he played his Scorpions right, he'd infiltrate them to try to get the Exos. But even with that, the psychic phase for Nids is gonna be mean. Psychic Scream, Psychic Overload, and all those Smites is a lot of MW. I was thinking maybe changing the Eldar list to have more equivalents to mine, like the 2 Fire Prisms to match the 2 Exocrines. But 2 5-man Scorpion Squads doesnt equal 2 melee Flyrants and Eldrad + Farseer doesnt equal 3 Neuros + 3 units of Zoans.

Any suggestions to kinda even things out? Or are things fine because once we get close both sides will die. Sure I have tons of smites, but he has the Avatar, Wraithlord, Wraithguard and blades, all of which can hit hard too.

fix your neurothrope to zoanthrope ratio, you don't need 3 , bring an actually useful HQ.

another thing, try bringing more zoanthropes, if I'm making a list of anything this single-unit-centric I always make sure of the power scaling, for instance, you have a psychic barrage stratagem that is SUPER powerful, but, if you lose 2 zoanthropes, you can no longer use it, a shame right? so bring more zoanthropes to pad out that possibility of losing a few guys but still being able to bombard the ever loving (please do not swear) out of your enemies next turn.

final thing, why do you have 2 exocrine and a maleceptor? they serve no purpose , the maleceptor at least seems to fit the theme of your army but the exocrine will find themselves out of targets VERY quickly, their range isn't great and ideally you don't want to move them, but at the same time, they share a similar range to your zoanthropes (i.e.. movement + smite range) while also wanting to shoot at very similar things. I can't tell you what to bring but by far, if you change one thing about the list, its drop the two exocrines, please.
