Death guard and heavy weapons

If i have a 10 plague marines unit can i add an extra heavy weapon? Or does it remain 2?

If i can add one more how many marines must i have ?

It doesnt explicitEly mentions it. It says up to two plague marines can receive a heavy weapon but that's a 7 plague squad.

I have 10 in one troop unit so the question was can I add a plasma weapon to my 2 heavy weapons already in this unit.

If it isn't mentioned, then no...Do what it says on the tin.

Edit: Of note though, I believe the Champion can take a plasma gun as well (though I don't have the Codex, so can't confirm for that).

You can take incremental heavy weapons if it says :

"For every x <model> in the unit, one <model> may take the following".
