Alright planning out my 3rd army.

Deployment is as follows; 1 unit of Wraithguard in each Wave Serpent. Putting them at 10/12 capacity. The first Wave Serpent gets Yvraine, the second Wave Serpent gets the Farseer, and the third gets both Spirit Seer.
  
Kabalite will deploy to push deepstriking back farther. Shadow Seer will deploy behind them in range of any of the serpents + one side of my kabalite screen so if my opponent has deepstrikers and something dies I can cast mirror of minds reactionary and attempt to get a few mortal wounds. 
  
Shadow Seer cannot go into transports which is why im taking twilight pathways as well, allowing it to move 16" a turn or 16" +2d6 whilst advancing. Making it a very mobile base to cast smites or Mirror of Minds. This is just a test unit for now and I'll see where it takes me. It can't be targeted so i'm using it as a reactionary screen that has the potential to kill an entire unit.
  
Getting wraithguards into range casting doom on 2 units with phoenix and letting them go nuts with dscythe rerolling wounds and soulbursting is what I'm after.
  
Let me know what you think. I'm not sure how many people here play Ynnari or have had experiences against them but I'd like to know some input.

I love the idea. I think that you have a good concept in place. This is quite a bit different from the more harley focussed Ynarri lists I have seen, but matches more closely with the no scatter deepstrike D-wraith lists I played against at the end of 7th without the deepstriking. I think these serpents will be very hard to remove and give you a chance to put those scythes where you want them.

I am sure that this list is really tightly written for points, but why no lances/blasters? It seems like you could give yourself some good opportunities for extra soulbursts with a few added lances among all of those kabalites that would let you reach out and touch some vehicles at range. I understand the wraithguard are going to fill that role very well, but it was just a thought.

Ive got 13 more points, really the kabalite warriors are there as a tax to get more CP to reroll on Dscythe Shots and psychic powers.

You can only get a lance if you take squads of 10, ive opted to get the splinter cannon on the 1 squad of 10 because it'll be use for overwatch and its rapid fire 3 so overwatch is 6 shots S6.

Dscythe and the amount of smite i have in the list ill be able to deal with the bigger scary units.

Harle are good but lack range and soak up a lot of points. Kabalite are 7 points each making a squad of troop only 35 points.

Ahh, I must have been thinking of trueborn that can take them in squads of 5. Let me know how it goes! I had considered an Aeldari variant as my third army. Back when I started in 5th I was between nids and eldar for my first battleforce, and landed on nids but have always thought about them. I think Ynnari have a cool army mechanic.

Yeah im a fan of the soulburst mechanic, i feel like it gives us more options so that will lend to making more decisions which is what i prefer.

You can only take a shredder or a blaster. Blaser isnt a long enough range to be worth taking.

If youre running Wraiths, there is no reason to not take an Ynnari detachments since Wraiths do not get Battle Focus.

Im putting together a 2 Vanguard detachment army using only Wraiths, Spirit Seers and the Yncarne. I would like to use a Farseer and/or Shadow Seer, but it doesnt fit my theme. So post how they work for you. Maybe that will be my deciding factor between taking one of them or just another Spirit Seer and fill out a Supreme Command detachment for the extra CP.

Wraithguard get soulburst because theyre infantry if theyre ynnari.

I was thinking about that route but i need to push tau commander drops out of range on my waveserpents turn 1. So im taking kabalite to fulfill that roll and extra CP will give me better roll results with my dscythe.

I just dont understand your first statemeny, the wraithguard are ynnari.

My wraithguard are ynnari. So i dont really understand your fist statement.

The second squad isnt ynnari because i wanted the 6+ fnp on my kabalite it just adds a bit more of a screen. Im sure its probably not the best but that was my thinking

Gotcha,
I was just making my own statement that since Wraith units do not get Battle Focus anyway, there is no reason to not use them in an Ynnari detachment if you had the choice. I was just reaffirming.
