Any tips for making /buying a Bio Flail?

Looking for some easy bit conversions to make a nice looking bio flail, i've already got a bunch of carnifex I just don't have the bioflail bit from Forgeworld. Not looking to spend any more money on any more carnifex so looking for some easy ways to do so.

As far as the "flail" part i was thinking about converting 2 nerothrope heads together and then using the tail off of something like a mawloc or Tervigon, but those aren't really spare bits.

The alternative to that is just buying them off a another company but I haven't seen only the bio-flail bits. Anyone know of any?

the mucolid heads might make for a good one if you can get your hands on it

Seems way to bif for me

I used the arm from the venomcanon, or the the deathspitter,Not the gun arm but the connecting one with the tendril and then the one without the sack.
At the end I put a blob of greenstuff and then build an flail with the armour plates that can extend carapace bits.
The ones that look like small shields.

I really like the flail sauron & witch king have in lotr, bigger is better.

Using a Mucolid head sounds like a really good idea. I have one laying around after I built my T-ctye and meant to sculpt some tentacles. Maybe I'll just use it as a flail since Mucolids are no longer a necessity for playing Nids.

THEN AGAIN, maybe I won't since the rules for bio-flail are so unclear.
