How to make a decent more size appropriate Swarmlord?

Hey guys,
I have a few unconstructed Tyrants that I was preparing to make Devourer Flyrants but since that ship has sailed, I want what the title says. Without going too ham and potatoes with the modding, is there a simple way to just make him a bit taller? I've seen plenty of conversions with using Trygon bodies with Tervigon hind legs, but I don't want something that big. Any ideas? Also if anyone has a suggestion on how to make his bone daggers into actual monstrous bonesword sized sabres, that would be great too. My best thought was take the smaller sabre bits, cut them off and green stuff actual boneswords to it.

Not sure how to make him much bigger... I have the old metal model, myself. As for his swords, I think using extra swords and gluing them together in some fashion and a liberal application of greenstuff might be your answer. I've never been a fan of the after-market options. Maybe you could make them more sabre-like by using some monstrous scything talons as the blade, though with how useful those are looking this edition, maybe not

if you have extra sets and maybe a scalpel and green stuff you can try extending his legs and carapace as well as arms, by using other intermittent joints from other Tyranid sets of the appropriate physical parts. visually it turns out well a good example of what i am talking about would be something like this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5wjw2qa6Ts

I don't care if it has the same pose as any other Tyrant. I just want it to be a bit bigger than the regular ones. I guess I could put it on one of those ruin bases, but that's not what I meant.

I think the trygon torso is a good start, how about combining it with a carnifex abdomen?

I'm still working on my swarmlord (need to buy greenstuff for it), and while mine wont be "bigger" it will be a bit more armored
I suggest adding the arm plates from a tyrant guard to the arms of a tyrant they fit quite well and gives a nice armored look ^^

I used the tail from the flying version of the tyrant to lift him off the base, and cut the legs down to "walking" versions by trimming the scything talons. I used the forgeworld capillary tower to add to the size, so he stands out from a normal Tyrant
