I am trying to build a nice, all-around Space Marine list, using the Iron Hands.
In case you don't know, the Iron Hands have FNP (6+), It Will Not Die on all their vehicles and +1 to Blessing of the Omnissiah rolls.
The named people are just names, no stat changes, like Second Company Captain Alexander is just a regular captain.
