Tyranid Psychic Power Cards (and others)

Hey guys, frustrated with the lack of Tyranid Psychic power cards, I made my own.  

I am planning on using www.makeplayingcards.com/design/custom-blank-card.html

Doing standard poker size cards.

Let me know what you guys think, I am willing to share all of the images, but am not sure the best way to do so.

I think it's pretty neat looking. I think the ideas of cards for Warlord Traits is a good move. If I don't have things in front of me to constantly see, I tend to forget them.

Yeah, I like the warlord traits. I ended up doing the regular Tyranid ones, the leviathan formation ones, and the Personal Traits from the main book. Since those are the only 3 I think I would ever roll on.

So how does it work? You send them the images and they put them on cards?

Yeah, you can upload a different image or the same image multiple times. I did all the same back, but you can do different backs.
I had some issues with formatting because of how they crop off the edges, but once i got it to work how i wanted it was easy.

I think i paid like $12 for the cards and $2 for the case.

Click the start your design button and it should take you to the upload preview area.

Those really came out well.

I was thinking about doing something similar. That's a good price point for that project too.

I was very impressed with the pricing. I wanted to keep it under $20.

Will have to wait and see what 8th edition and new nid stuff brings. I might have to update these!

I like that this stuff is available to help folks make their own custom cards. I'd be more inclined to just print out my own and laminate, then cut as needed. Good stuff though, definitely gives a dedicated look to most the scratch notes I end up using.

Has anyone tried playing games using the new gathering storm armies?

The lack of cards for psychic powers and objectives really confused me! I'm so used to having cards on the table to remind my opponent and I what powers are in effect and for scoring maelstrom etc ( I guess ITC is different).

Does any one have any links to other home brew cards or tokens (I love tokens) for other armies, please?

Tau tokens would be super useful, tracking what nova etc can be tricky.

I have not shared them, but I could put them up somewhere if you are interested. (not sure of the best way to post all of them)
I am also not sure how long they will be relevant seeing as how 8th edition is right around the corner.
