Not sure how to continue. Need ideas. What to add to it?

I am trying to take a Trannocyte and flip it on it's side as a walking creature. I just love the mouth on it, so always thought it should be pointing down instead of straight up in the air like a Scarlac Pit. I gave up on the project till I found my old pics. Maybe you can give me help in how to add to it. Not sure what to use for eyes or if it should be blind.





So what can I add to it? I am just stumped. I got something what I like, to have the hind legs, but not sure if to put the front legs in the middle and then adding some claws or something in the front.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Top piece that is round with teeth/spikes
It would make a good mouth

Also the head of a trygon would fit
