Help picking between these to list SW ITC 1850

I am taking one of these list to a tournament this coming weekend.

The are very similar but I can't pick between then at the moment. I would love to have some thoughts on these.

The first one is focused on getting powers being a x factor as I don't know what I will get. But it also allows me to tailor the list a little each round with all the new power we just got. I really like the Librarius and fulmnation powers for this list.

List 2 gives me a beat stick that can split off and go hunting. It still has some powers but I am
not sure if I want to go with two level 2 or just do level 1's and add another thunderwolf to the
group.

Any way you can free up points for the helm of durfast in list 1?

That brotherhood with that can be vicious(which you obviously know based off list 2).

List 1 is marginally more my style. But obviously they're fairly similar lists both very similar to how I run mine.

I don't know Space Wolves very well, so I might be speaking out of my butt. However, the most successful Space Wolves armies I have played have had a larger drop pod presence to sit on objectives while the Wulfen and Thunder Cav mop things up. If I were facing this list I'd hinder your movements with flyers or tie you up with gargoyles. Is it ITC? If so, you need to be struggle to hold objectives. Clearly killing things won't be an issue.

The army worked well, except for some really bad dice in the first two rounds. I went 3-2 at the storm of silence.
