Brother Eramus is a Space Marine of the Black Swords chapter, who was left the only one alive after a crushing defeat by the Tyranids. He now works as a mercenary or assassin, depending on what you want done.
His time without training has removed his extra skill in close combat, he prefers to use his long range sniper rifles to shoot down his enemies. If they ever get close enough to put him in trouble, he puts his rifle away and will run as fast as he can, which is pretty fast. In the unlikely event that they manage to get into close combat with him, he blinds them with his photon grenades which he bought from the Tau. He doesn't get into trouble often simply because his more short-ranged oriented allies always attract the most fire.
He almost never misses his shot, because of his massive training in the arts of being a sniper. He has paid to have a small targeting computer implanted into his head, and has a small red lens over his eye underneath his helmet which makes it even harder for him to miss. This lens doubles as a infrared sight, allowing him to shoot targets on the darkest nights just as well as on the brightest days. He in fact, often takes advantage of this by making himself harder to see at night while he sees his target easily.
He respects the Tau for their shooting technology, and has bought their version of the sniper rifle for his own use. He knows when and why he should use his sniper rifle, or the Tau rail rifle. His black armor has no trophies on it, only fading purity seals, and a hard-to-see Black Swords crest on the shoulder pad. He holds a long-standing grudge against Tyranids, and will never work with them unless absolutely required. He has even been known to assassinate his own fellow mercenaries if they are Tyranids, making sure that they are heading toward a close combat so they won't notice until it is to late. He even sometimes kills his human or Xenos fellows if they are too slow, if he doesn't like them, or sometimes just so he can get their share of money. When he goes to assassinate alone, he can easily sneak through whatever he needs to get through, and find a sniper position somewhere close to where he knows his target is going to be. However, even though he assassinates many people from different factions, he still gets jobs from the faction of people he assassinates. The reason why is because he can sneak into records rooms, and will "modify" the news and records so that the so-called person had never existed. Due to most faction's reliance on records, they lose their memory of the incident within a year or 2, and he is back into business.
He was hired for his current job in a most unusual way. He had just finished assasinating his current target, but when he turned around, there were 2 soldiers with their guns pointed at his head. After being knocked unconcious, he found himself in a room. Across was his soon-to-be commander, Captain Kais Ka. After a short session of "negotiation" he decided to join the mercenary team. What he didn't know, was that there was a tyranid on the team. Upon finding this out, he almost quit, and it took a gun to the head to get him to stay in.
He regards himself as the only master of himself, and more than once, he has disobeyed a direct order from his team leader. His leaders have had to resort to bribes, begging, or even threats, but these usually don't work, other than the bribe, that is. He is well known among his current teamates for telling the captain to go @#$% himself when he recieved orders which he didn't want to follow through with.

Exarch Arya El'Naroth
Arya is a prominent, and very highly respected, warrior of the Howling Banshee Aspect Shrine. She joined about 200 years ago, and became an Exarch about 50 years ago, after loosing herself to the feel of combat, thanks to the fact that her craft world has been under near-constant siege from the Orks, ever since she joined the shrine. 2 years ago her craftworld drifted close enough to a Webway portal big enough that it could escape from Ork space, into a rather peaceful area of space. Arya was disappointed by the the lack of fighting and left the craftworld, becoming an Outcast. She came across the captain and his vessel a short time ago and gladly agreed to join him, so long as it meant some goof fighting.

That make 25p plus the addional CCW, so 5exp to level for me. looks good. also note that since your base marine cost was 15, so (15-20=5x2=10) this means you will need 10 less points a level to level up. not 5 points a level.

1) sorry, i pout the Adrenaline stabalizer cost in my base cost, which is 38 without it, does this affect my level up requirement
2) My BS has been lowered, check the Exarch stats i gave you
