Barbed Hierodule Conversion from T-fex

This is a Barbed Hierodule Im in the middle of working on, it is not 100% finished yet, I still need some more Gren Stuff, FYI, Im not that good at green stuff yet.

The Size is about 90-95% the same size as a Real one, The Head and torso is a little bit smaller. The base is an Actually Forge World Size base.

I used a T-fex for the body
Use the Rupture Cannon from 2 T-fexs (I have 4 Tervigons so I had left over guns)
Cut the Tail off and molded green stuff around a Wire frame
The head is Cut up Fex's heads with Green stuff
The Back spin to tail was 3 Fex's extra Carapaces cut down (my green stuff isnt the best so I used the Actually carapaces to give it a better look)
The Base is from Walmart, its a Pottery Planet Base, I cut to the Size of my Friends Forge World base from his Hierodule.

Love the overall look and the tail section, good skill.

However I think the guns need slightly better positioning and I'm not sold on the head being so low down or the head/neck plates
