New Necrons 1000pt list

Hey mates
After re-reading through the codex cover to cover, I've come up with this list for a 1000pt tournament at my local gaming hub.

Hq
Overlord (active hq choice)
warscythe
phylactery
phase shifter
veil of darkness

Cryptek (passive Hq choice)
solar staff
chronometron

Elites
6x Lychguard

Troops
20X warriors

5x Immortals

Heavy support
Monolith

How I intend to play it
Warriors will be joined by the cryptek, for a 5++ and a 4+++ and once per game make everything snap fire at them and they in turn snap fire.
The overlord will join the lychguard and deepstrike first turn, or depending then use it to escape combat
The immortals will stay in reserve for as long as possible and then cap objectives late game.
the monolith will target blobs of infantry and focus the snap fire of the flux arcs at fliers, Fmc and tanks.

Any advice or criticisms of list or tactics is welcome.

Other than HQ deepstriking, are your troops just following behind the monolith, or marching up?
How do you plan to, "or depending then use it to escape combat" with your Lord? If you DS with the lychguard, you are obviously attached. My point being that if things go south, you have to wait until your movement phase to move outside the 2" bubble that is unit cohesion to separate.

The warriors will be pushing up as they wont need to hide behind the monolith.
Why would I separate my lord out of his body guard squad? (aside from seeing a tank or unit equivalent to whack)
Sorry but would you mind just rephrasing the point about deep-strike, as i'm finding it hard to comprehend what the problem is.
