Marines+tau, and nid bits available. Possible army swap

So things I have available in excess that I'm willing to trade are(heads up, could maybe be tempted to trade all/nearly all my tau for another army I wanted- if interested  pm ):

Space wolves/marines: 
-A primed Drop pod(have one too many, one is missing a "wing", aka one of the five pieces that jut straight up between the doors- that one could go for much cheaper potentially- might be nice for terrain). Only parting with one but buyers choice.
-10-20 standard tactical marines. Models are from ~3rd edition. 
- OLDSCHOOL terminator. A single one. I dunno if anyone is looking for these but I'm not terribly attached. 
-Old Calgar model, pewter.
-15 assembled GK paladins, 5 painted decently, 5 primed, 5 built  
-Various infantry bits, just ask if looking for something specific- note my bits are all generic marines or SW

Tau:
-1-2 hammerheads
-10-20 fire warriors, unpainted
-a devilfish
-Various bits, just ask if looking for something specific. Lot is currently on eBay(http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/221721633637?) but I could be convinced to amend what I have for sale while there are no bidders(just posted today). 

Tyranids(probably the same bits everyone has):
-16 genestealers on sprue(possibly more)
-6 pewter gargoyles primed
-(MC) venom cannons, barbed stranglers, a few scything talons(just used last crushing claws on conversion)
-Tons of biomorphs
-all kinds of warrior shooting guns
-Some rending claws, maybe some scything talons
-Ask about my bits! I might have something you want if you know what you're looking for. But maybe not.

Tau stuff(Don't want crisis suits, vespids, kroot, fire warriors, devilfish, hammerheads, pathfinders, or stealth teams. Farsight is exception to crisis suits thing). 
Biovores/pyrovores(cause they'll get run as biovores)

I don't think I could do a pod for less than like 26-7 since two squads of 12 would be 3USD cheaper than a single pod. I'd be willing to make it a clean 24 if I like the paint scheme and it's well done, and if by any random act of fate you have a paint scheme almost identical to mine(kraken/sandy skin tone, black carapace) I'd probably be willing to trade them for 20.

I have 3 finecast Zoanthropes and 3 finecast Venomthropes. The Zoanthropes are fully assembled and primed skull white. 2 of the Venomthropes are assembled except for their tentacles while the 3rd is completely unassembled. I'm really just looking for the Mucolid/Tyrannocyst support tenticles but I'd take a whole kit if you thought it was fare. I'd make a Sporocyst.

I have many other bits for Tyranids and Space Marines as my other army is Black Templars.

Let me know if what you'd think is fair for a trade.

I also have a brand new in box Lictor (all I did was remove the cellophane). I have Hive Tyrant bits (no wings) and I maybe willing to part with 3 pairs of the FW wings to make Shrikes with we'll see lol...
