If you haven't seen my thread in the General section, I'm writing a campaign that tells of the first world my Hive Fleet consumed. Hive Fleet Laelaps (named after the hound from Greek mythology that was always destined to catch its prey) was created when splinters of Behemoth, Kraken, Gorgon, and a few other Tyranid fleets coalesced and through multiple conflicts merged into a single fleet. They are exceptionally quick to adapt biologically - even more so than other Tyranid fleets.
Here's what I've got so far:

As of 7620995.M41, no changes in activity in the Tau Empire have been detected. This has been the case here since 7500927.M41; based on this trend I believe that the xenos are too occupied with expanding in other directions or perhaps dealing with internal strife to focus their attention on taking more worlds in this area.
Taking this into consideration, I propose that further communications from this outpost only be sent when xenos activity has been detected, Tau or otherwise. I have no doubt that there are other conflicts with a far more urgent demand for your attention; so minimizing the distraction of non-eventful updates would be beneficial. I await your response.

After careful deliberation of your proposal, I have come to the conclusion that it would be best to cease regular updates as you have suggested.
From this point forward, reports should only be sent if there is a surge in Xenos activity of any sort – while the Tau are the primary concern, that area of the galaxy has also been the victim of multiple Tyranid Hive Fleets.
Do not allow this current lack of apparent threat to lull your station into a false sense of security – make sure to continue keeping a close eye on the Tau.

I'm also wondering if someone could tell me what the big text at the top of the transmissions in the Imperial Armour book are. Ie in the first ed of the Anphelion Project it has the text "UTILITATUM ADMINISTRATUM BAKKA". I want to create my own for this campaign but I don't know exactly how - I couldn't find any info when I did an online search unfortunately.
