scale comparison tentative of scratch building

Well well I am back, before I bring my latest tyranid Battlefleet gothic projects I would like to make a question.

Just considering a hypothetical attempt to build a 40k titan what should be the size?
Maybe an epic player can help us .



Does anyone have or know were to find a comparative picture?. The only size comparative I have found are this, they are ok, but I would like to compare them with imperial titans(As the FW models don't have the same scale), I guess it would be the best start point to planify the size and materials.



Anyway I promise I will be more often in the conversion size and I will try to share my experience in modelling .

Forgeworld make the hierophant which is a nod biotitan. A quick google search should provide plenty of size comparison.

Thanks but sorry I didn't explain me well, I would like to see a size comparison of the big ones hidraphan and/or dominatrix, for example just near a reaver or warhound, so I can figure out what would be the size in 40k scale.

Hierophans are relatively cheap if you have pacience in ebay , there is no need of scratch built.

I seem to remember the epic heirophant was about the same height as a reaver titan, obviously larger bulk because it's a quadruped rather than a biped. I think the photo you put up is the heirophant, I think the forgeworld titans are smaller scale than the epic miniatures; I could be wrong though

Compared to the titans it isn't, compared to the baneblades it is kinda massive in 40k scale

Ok I will think on it, The guy in the photo is an hidraphant, if you see it It has the size of a 40k carnifex.
So that will be the plan for spring (If I have time), the hidraphant will be around the tall of a reaver, just as the hierophan to a warhound.
And the dominatrix would be a middle point between both the hierophant and the hidraphant.
But firstly I will purchase one or 2 hierophants to have a reference.
