I've made some conversions for a genestealer cult called Flavis Niteris. It's latin for The Yellow Plague.
What do you guys think about this fluff I wrote:

The hidden Genestealer cult

They grow up the same as humans, hey study as humans, they speak like humans,but they most certainly are not the same, they don’t like to talk, be touched or be seen...
For these “humans” are part of the Genestealer cult, humans, born with a terrestial infection, also known as The Yellow Plague live in solitude for they know full well what happens if the people find out what they are...They live among men, hiding in plain sight. Few do know what kind of creatures they are, even fewer want to know...
Under their cloak they hide, and not many are discovered as member of the cult....YET...
Whenever a member reaches about the age of 16 they will become fully aware of what they are, and many others will do too. It is called “The Yellow Unleash” and it does not come unnoticed.
The creature screams of pain and agony,which is no surprise as they are growing two or more spiked spines out of their backs. Almost always are they growing a second pair of arms, accompanied with scything claws, sharp as razors.
They forget who they are and they’ll leave their old life behind and starts rampaging the cities, attacking humans and feed of everyone near,children,women nor men make any difference, they are all equally delicious at this moment.
Be sure to run if you witness a yellow unleash....
This can happen among common folk but the plague virus can affect Space Marines and other races as well, so be on your guard and expect the unexpected, you really don’t want an infected space marine driven with madness behind you.
Except for this short introduction of our “fellow” humans, they are quite normal.
