The main problem I can see is that you've upgraded everything... Upgrades are just GW being sneaky and trying to make us field less models.
For example Hormagaunts with toxin sacs and adrenal glands. Personally, I'd pick one or the other, seeing as they're both Str upgrades. Tervigon with Acid blood, Miasma, Regen, Crushing Claws. This is an expensive unit that could be targeted for one turn and destroyed. Termagaunts, Spike rifles, Toxin, Adrenal. Expensive for a T3 Sv6+ model. Spike rifles kinda suck too. Hive Tyrant, scything talons, Heavy venom cannon, acid blood, Toxic miasma, Hive commander, Wings. Expensive for what it will do, a 'Dakka' flyrant would be more effective.
I do, however, love the amount of variation here. The sheer variety will look awesome!
How many points will this game be?

Some of those 'companies' are illegal as armies since they don't follow the FOC.
As pointed our there are also a lot of wasteful upgrades in there.
What kind of army are you hoping to field? Apoc?

In response to Lordofthebrood's question, the game shall be a 8000 points.
Also the companies are not armies in their own right, they are merely a way to organize what I shall field in any particular battle. For example I could say I'll use the Hive Tyrant out of the DoomWolves with two squads of hormagaunts out of the Deathmark company. It is just a means of Organizing my army list.
The type of army I'm hoping to field is one that excels at melee, but also has medium to long range capabilities. And in response to your question about it being apocalypse, the answer is no. The game shall not be apocalypse, It is merely a very large standard annihilation match.
This is all home rules of course, I am aware that it would be against the FOC. It's just that we want to play a large match without reverting to apocalypse rules.
