“...XV25 Stealth Team 520.2. Day 6. Hel has mobilized [static] . . . new creatures are appearing, and they seem to be looking for something. We are reading a large energy signature emitting from a ruinous castle north of us, and Hel seems to be headed that way. We are not responsible . . . [[indistinguishable]].

The Grey Knights seemed to be attempting to stabilize the planet. Their presence has reduced the warfare to 15% optimum, but we believe that they are searching for something more. We assume that they are aware of Hel's presence due to their last encounter. Inform Aun--[[indistinguishable]] that [static] successful.

[[indistinguishable]] . . . strange is happening. Demon Hosts have been spotted moving alongside the Knights. Something is wrong.

Hel's adaptability is becoming apparent. Another Tyranofex has been spawned, but the weapon looks different. It appears to be dripping something acidic—the ground seams to give way to the liquid that falls from the weapon. There is a winged Tyrant, a swarm of Hormagaunts, and three warriors also appear to be in the army. [static] are hiding behind the castle.
[[indistinguishable]] three large energy sources [[indistinguishable]].

[Trans. 1]
[static] Knights seem to be anxious for battle. There is movement from the north—something has moved into the trees. Demon Hosts have appeared towards the western ruins. Two bikes have been sighted moving east.
[Trans. 1b]
Hel has mobilized. The swarm has separated into two distinct groups: the winged Tyrant is leading the Hormagaunts around the castle terrain, away from the Tyranofex. They are headed [[indistinguishable]] demons. The fleet seems to have learned to attack their enemy at close quarters.
[[indistinguishable]] . . . only appears to be one squad of six Knights toward the center of the battlefield. The Tyranofex and Warriors are headed towards them. [static] bikes look to be headed east. Presumably for one of the [[indistinguishable]] source. Demon Hosts are west of the Grey [static] and are approaching rapidly.

[Trans. 2]
A dark cloud has appeared in the sky. The Grey Knights seem suddenly cautious; they are settling into their positions, the Demon Hosts have made small attacks on the Hormagaunts, the bikes have moved into a building—guarding what we believe is one of the three energy source--[explosion]–whoa! [running] [panting] . . . An explosion from above caught us off guard. Something is falling from the sky—we've taken cover. [muttering] Aun [[indistinguishable]] will be . . . [static]
[Trans. 2b]
[screech][explosion][thud][cracking] A meteor fell behind the northern wall. The flying Tyrant has flown to the top of the wall to . . . inspect . . . it? The Hormagaunts have moved into the cover of trees beside th-- [rattling][distant screams]. A large amount of fire power has occurred behind the northern wall. [[indistinguishable]] Tyranofex is moving steadily forward; the Warriors appear to be using him as cover. They are moving toward the source at the center of the field.
[[indistinguishable]] fleet seems ravenous for the energy sources. We have yet to confirm that they are, indeed [static] but [static] Aun [[indistinguishable]] . . . [static]

[Trans. 3]
We have moved to a more advantageous position, and discovered that the meteor was an egg, hosting a Carnifex which is heavily armed with what we believe to be an advanced evolution of Brainleach Worm: it seems capable of firing twice as much. It seems that the flying Tyrant, wielding a similar weapon, and the Carnifex have made short work of the Grey Knights. Only one Knight remains standing.

The Demon Hosts are engaging the Hormagaunts!
[Trans. 3b]
[running][static][panting][wailing] We can see the Demon Hosts and [static] from [static]. The Hormagaunts have swarmed the [static] while the tyrant has begun shooting at the one [static]. [static] Demon Host has fallen! The remaining Demon host is swarmed with Hormagaunts, but has managed to kill many of them. [static] The Carnifex has wandered off, hunting down the remaining Grey Knight. The Tyranofex is advancing toward the northern source.
Pic 3
[Trans. 4]
[[indistinguishable]] An enemy soldier has descended from the parapets of the western wall. He appears to be [static] and wielding a bolter and a power weapon, and may be planning to assault the Tyrant, but is taking an opportunity to kill off some Hormagaunts, assisted by the remaining Demon Host.
[static] This battle seems to be favoring Hel. The fleet is evolving and adapting faster than we had [[indistinguishable]]. Tell [[indistinguishable]] rethink our approach to coaxing the Great Devourer. We may, as [[indistinguishable]] have to resort to more invasive [static]. We are prepared, for the Greater Good, to do our duty.
[Trans. 4b]
[static] The flying Tyrant has mounted the western wall, and seems to [static]. [static] Carnifex seems dazed, almost confused, looking around in a stupo—wait, he is charging toward [[indistinguishable]] with the power weapon. [rattling] The flying Tyrant has fired on the soldier, killing him, and the Carnifex is—has finished off the Demon Host. The Tyranofex and Warriors are steadily moving toward the [[indistinguishable]].
Pic 4
[Trans. 5]
Reserves have arrived for the Grey Knights, [[indistinguishable]] and they have Deep Struck behind the Hormagaunts to help [[indistinguishable]] hold ground. The Grey Knights know about the Source. The enemy continues to target the Hormagaunts [static] them as a more immediate threat.
[Trans. 5b]
The enemy has eliminated all but three of the Horm[static][static]. The Tyrant has flown south of the Grey Knights' reserves, and opened fired with his evolved devourer. He is charging into combat! It is unsettling to watch a battle in which soldiers are eaten. [static] [[indistinguishable]] . . . kroot. [static]
Only one soldier is left standing--[gasp][running][panting] Tyrant . . . [static][running] seen us . . . [[indistinguishable]] mobilizing. Tell Aun [static][static][static] . . .
