Wow, I don't know about you guys but I've been loving 6e, so many bloody options. As per my prediction, my most successful lists make sure I've got a pile of psykers throwing down all kinds of support / killy powers around. I'm working out my primary 2k list, and shockingly, Swarmlord is in it (if anyone is familiar with my stance on him you know I'm not the hugest fan). My thoughts are at this high point total, his inefficiencies are minimized, and his strengths are played up. Sheer number of threats on the board give so much target priority problems he can shine and throw powers down like a beast, after all he is the centerpiece of my psyker heavy list (notice I didn't say spam... no 9 zoanthropes here haha).
So the idea (which has worked at midrange points) is psychic heavy list with solid troop choices and enough speed to make opponents decide between "deal with the death in my face, or the death plodding upfield." Biomancy everywhere for enfeeble (especially if I can get away with stacking as the trend is moving towards), endurance, iron arm, etc. I'm really contemplating dropping the Tyrant Guard because I've had a lot of success with Warp Speed helping a solo Swarmlord fleet upfield, and I make sure he's got Endurance from somewhere, or if I get lucky with a Telekine Dome. Enough blabber:

22 Powers rolled for, 10 casts / turn.
Yeah, no crushing claws on the Tervigons. I just can't get her in combat consistently enough to warrant the points, she's so good with support and herding the little stuff along. This could change with experimentation at this point level.
Anyway, this puts me at 1929 SO options I'm considering
10x TS Gargoyles
making 1 tgant brood in to a 12 man Dgant brood
filling out the toxin stealer brood or ymgarls
make the Shrikes 6 man and add a few more tgants
I can also drop the Tyrant Guard as I mentioned (seriously if I do take him his job is to die ASAP so Swarmy can fleet haha) and that gives me more flexibility to make a bigger Gargoyle screen, more Ymgarls, etc etc.
What are your thoughts?
