Footcrons 3500 list for rec tourney

Hey there, Hive! This is my first post here, and on any blog for that matter. So I've been playing 40k for a little while now, but I haven't gotten the opportunity to get an opinion on the lists I use from anybody outside my gaming group. Tell me what you guys think! This is my standard list, and i usually play against Tau, Blood Angels, Dark Eldar, Orks, Imperial Guard, and Nids.

HQ:

TOTAL: 3,420 points (80 points left over)

So basically, the Overlord slogs around with the Lychguards, being scary and generally cleaving through everything. Lords go with squads of Immortals and either form a gunline or walk up in cadence. Wraiths take one flank, C'tans take other. Annihilation Barges shift side to side for support. Doomsday Ark sits in middle area and does its thing. Warriors come in with Night Scythes and shoot lots of things.

I will move this to the correct forum for you. I hope you get some feedback, but bear in mind this is a Nid forum, so there may not be a lot of Cron players here to offer advice. Plus most folks don't play games with that many points, so it may be hard to find someone with that experience.

I would help, but I don't know Crons that well, and I never play that many points.

According to the rulebook at 3.5k you can have two force org charts.
If your tournament allows that, you can bet there will be people taking advantage of that - you may want to look at doing the same.
My main issue with the look of this list is that your HQ slot seems a little points heavy. I have a hard time justifying spending 90 points on a T5 SV3+ model with only one wound, let alone doing it 4 times.
OTOH, if it works for you, more power to you.

one big risk of warriors in night scythes is if the plane gets shot down, I believe they will all take a high-strength, high-AP hit (this hasn't been FAQ'd as far as I know) so be careful about that.

Finally, the C'tan shards don't bring anything to the army other than a pair of monstrous creatures for nearly 500 points; they're not really force multipliers, they don't enhance any other units. You may find yourself better served to drop them and modify your Wraiths in this way:
say, two groups of two Spyders, each with a single gloom prism for some pretty decent psychic defense,
split the wraiths into two groups of 4 wraiths, each with whip coils
two groups of 6 scarabs.

this changes you from 8 models at 780 points (two mc's) to 24 models at 770 points (4 mc's), expands your ability to kill vehicles and hold down enemy units in assault (fearless rocks now), the spiders enhance and support nearby units as well as being able to generate more scarabs, and if you run into something really dangerous and assaulty, you can hit it with a serious assault force with 4 MCs, 10 lychguards and all of those scarabs and wraiths.
--However, this does take advantage of the 2nd force org, so you'd need to etch out the points for a second HQ, and make sure the tournament allows for the 2nd force org. If not, just join the two scarab squads into a single one and throw some extra points elsewhere.

Oh, and my copy of army builder doesn't allow me to arm a wraith with BOTH particle caster AND lash whips. I don't have my codex handy, so you may want to check yours to see if your current wraith build is legal.
