that looks pretty slick, honestly. i'm not exactly sold on the whole foot list thing; i'd put those NM in rhinos for redeployment of fireteams where they need to be. the 30 FNP bikers shoving melta down the enemy's throat turn 1 gonna be nasty; i guess it'd be terrain/setup dependent on whether or not the foot squads would be better in buildings/ruins giving fire support of having rhinos for rapid redeployment.

maybe double plasma on one unit of bikers instead of melta on all 3?

Melta on Bikers must stay. It's the only source of anti-tank.

I'd rather put the lord on a bike. Drop both Auras (wasted points on Sorc) and give the Lord a 4++. Alternatively drop the Aura just from the Sorc and give the Lord Gift of Mutation and Melta bombs.

I also hope that you don't play against flyers, otherwise you're boned.

I was going to put the lord on a bike, but the mount gives outflank and acute senses for the same price as a bike. It just opens up more options.

It seems a shame to give all those ini5 champs an ini1 weapon. You must challenge with all of the champs, so going first could be pretty important. Maybe swap a few Poweraxes for powerswords?

Also something I've found with Noise Champs: They cannot get CCW at all. And if you buy a powerweapon for them, you'll have to swap the bolt pistol. Leaving you with a bolter + PW. No extra attack for the pistol.

Then they (noise champs) can also not get a sonic blaster. The entry has different options for the champ and the Noise Marines.

What are your plans for the sorcerer? Only Slaanesh powers or a mix of slaanesh and telepathy?

BTW, don't be mistaken that I don't like the list! I'm in the proces of building an EC army myself, but it's nowhere as themed as this list yet.
