1500 pt list needs help

Just wrapped up a game vs Space Wolves where I feel I could have won, or at least drawn, if I could have taken down his long fangs (he had 3 units of them). My list below really lacks effective ways to deal with long fangs that are placed far back in my opponents deployment zone. Any thoughts? I try to get the doom of malan'tai to take some down by dropping him close by but he does not last long...

Doom of Malan'Tai in mycetic spore with cluster spines
8 Ymgarl Genestealers
3 units of 6 genestealers (TS) with broodlord that has scyth talons
12 termagants with devourers
Tervigon with Cluster Spines (psychic power Catalyst) with ad glands and toxin sacs and crushing claws and onslaught

A malwac would be ideal for taking out enemy infantry units. Just deep strike ontop of them and you get a large blast template that has ap2.

Trygon/primes are also helpfull and even a lictor could be helpfull for such units. More as a deterant than actually taking them out though lol.

I would have thought the stealers would have been good for outflanking into you opponents deployment zone?

Drop a genestealer unit, beef up the gaunt squad to 20 and a mycetic spore. Then with the left over points buy a plain gaunt unit. Or hell only go up to 15 and get 10 more devils. But I think 20 if you have to deal with a lot of back edgers

Thanks. Yes, I need to try outflanking more. Giving my tyrant hive commander would probably be good. I like the 20 devilgants in a spore plan too. I'll try this out.
I shouldn't be too hard on myself; first game at 1500 pts and first game with flyrant model...

Yeah, don't feel bad. Longfang spam is still incredibly powerful and undercosted to the point that I would definitely call 3 LF squads at 1500 cheese.

I definitely echo the 15+ Devilgants in a spore pod. Just a huge torrent of fire against a squad of five 1HP models. Is it overkill? Yes, but you want to ensure the target unit is finished. Will the squad most likely bolt off the board, succomb to Lurk, or get destroyed in the next turn? Yes, but they'll have ideally earned their points back before its all over.

OK, think I'll try something like this (I'll need to field as much of the stuff that I deploy at the start in cover as possible):
