I think I saw this scheme on another forum , can't remember which one though. But the Blue keys mean it probably you on both forums.
Its a simple scheme but I guess that since you are a more casual gamer this it tabletop standard and you did say you wanted something easy.
I would like to make one sugesstion, buy some a green wash. One quick coat on the models will make it look great, black/grey with gooey green. It will stil be simple and easy but it will give your models a more alien type "scary-ness" to them.
Anyways the models look nice I like the black/grey look. The list looks good I hope you have some fun playing with them.
If your a casual kind of gamer I think you should get a Swarmlord next. You can have some fun painting/playing with him.
