Batrep: Nids v Orks 500 points

This is the first batrep I have ever made and this game is just a run and short game we had. We had a total of 1 1/2 hours left to play so we just had a silly game.

Ork army i dont remember all his stuff so bear with me.

Warboss: 4+/5++, power klaw, thats all I remember

3x kill kans rocket, big shoota, flamer (they are in the same unit)

Warlord we both got somthing we dont want.
Powers my swarmlord got iron arm, warp speed, leech life, and enfeepl

We just played kill points and pitch battle to make it fast.
It is night fighting

Deploment
He got first turn and put is Lootas in the far back behide some ruins. His boyz inbetween the same ruins, the Warboss in front of the boyz and the kill kans in from of the warboss.

I put my amy across from his. The Swarmlord in the front with a gaunt brood on both of his flanks. The Venomthrope is behide the Swarmlord and a gaunt brood behide the Venomthrope.

Ork turn 1
He moves one of his Lootas up a little. All the boyz, Warboss, and kill kans moved up. He shot a lot this turn. Both Lootas got three shots each and he shot every thing at the Swarmlord. None of the shots wounded the Swarmlord. His Kill Kans shot the Swarmlord to but missed every shot.

Nids turn 1
A very simpul turn for me. Swarmlord cast both iron arm and warp speed. Iron arm made him S/T 9 yes. Everyone moved up and ran. Swarmlord moved 10, left gaunts moved 12, right gaunts moved 11, and both the Venom and back gaunts moved 6.

Ork turn 2
He moved his boyz, boss and Kans up. Shotting was different he. His Lootas shot the gaunts and only shot 1 shot each. the Kans shot the gaunts to with rockets and big shota and so did the boyz. the gaunts on the left only had 5 left and the ones on the right had 7 left. He didnt assault.

Nids turn 2
Again game iron arm and warp speed to the Swarmlord and both gave +3. Everything moved up. Shotting the Swarmlord game him self Preferred Enemy. Bothm the gaunts broods flanking the Swarmlord shot at the boss behide the Kans. The ones on the right shot 5 shtos and miss every thing. The ones on the left shot 2 shots and didnt wound. The Swarmlord charged the Kans. Over watch did nothing. Hammer of Wrath pen one of the Kans and I rolled a 5 on the chart. That was cool I didnt think I would even glance it. With 8 attacks going to the Kans only 7 hit and they all glance/pen so all 3 Kans go down. I move 4" up to his army.

Ork turn 3
He moves his boyz and boss up. Shots the Lootas at the Lord and didnt wound it. The boyz shot the gaunts and killed a few more. The boss charged the Lord. With 7 attack the Lord only hits 2 times and wounded 2 times. He filled his 5++ and didnt know the Lord Insta kills anything with one wound. So his boss goes down.

He gave up after that cuz his Lootas were the only thing that could hurt him if I keep rolling +3 to his S/T.

Yes I know the Lord takes a lot of points in small games like this but we had little time to play. After the game I felt like a dick cuz i filled the Lord in a small game like that. But even if we were playing a bigger game he has very little that can kill my tyrant really. Will hope you guys like reading this I do plane on posting more bigger games and they will be vedios. Let me know what you think

I ran a Swarmlord and dual Dev Flyrant in 750, it was pretty cruel

He really should have kept away from you!

Ya he should have but he thinks like a Ork when we play and he wanted to get in a fight. Next time we play hes going to filled a group of 10 Nobz and says they can kill the swarmlord even with the +3 S/T and attacks. That I want to see.

With powerklaws he *will* be able to wound you, but you'll likely wipe half his unit each assault phase so will still come out on top more times than not.

Thats what I tryed to tell him. he was saying that he would still get the feel no pain from the pain boy but he didnt know that youdont get feel no pain from insta death hits and the Lord insta kills evenything with out EW
