First Space Marine List in 6th

So I have finally worked up the energy to write a Space Marine list in fifth. I have tweaked my nid lists enough to be comfortable with the ruleset and I am going to give the Marines some play.

This is what I came up with. It is a little troop light for my taste, suggestions on how to fit a few more in while maintaining the flavor would be really helpful. I own so many more vehicles than I do marines so it is still pretty vehicle heavy. I am hoping to catch my regular opponents off guard as they have been running troop heavy lists.

Hmm....I think I like the list.

For changes, I'd replace the drop pod with a rhino, or drop it altogether to put one of the dreads in a pod. Issue I'm seeing is that the tactical squad is one of too few troops, so it's likely to not be such a great idea to send it deep into enemy lines.

For other thoughts: I've got zero experience on the storm talons, so I'm curious how they do. I think the dread builds you have are probably much better off with longer range weapons, as they lack a pod.

Another consideration is that the FAQ says we can put both broken up combat squads in the same dedicated transport. So you could place two 5-man combat squads into one rhino.

Lastly, suggest making the libby level 2. Getting a 4+ against psychic powers cast by cheap psykers is very useful. I was really saved the other day when my 5+ deflected a wind of chaos from a Sorcerer of Tzeentch (all tzeentch psykers are at least level 2).

I run my level 2 as a "rock" with TDA and a Storm Shield (190pts). Especially fearsome when attached to Assault terminators. A spendy unit, especially in their land raider, but it greatly helped in the last game (and only game of 6th for me).

Thanks for the feedback pax! I have made the following changes:

Epistolary: terminator armor, storm shield, force axe 190 (I have never been a big fan of deathstars with my marines, but I am giving this one a go. I occasionally run Vulkan with assault terminators, but I am excited about throwing a different look at my regular opponent)

5 terminators: cyclone ML
Dreadnought: assault cannon
Dreadnought: assault cannon (these get a 30 inch range with movement which is respectable. They are cheap and I also want to experiment with the random charges and see if they can catch somebody off guard, basically being immune to small arms overwatch)

10 man tac squad: plasma, MM, fist, rhino(sb)
5 man scout squad: cammo cloaks, heavy bolter
5 man scout squad: cammon cloaks, heavy bolter (I forgot I could use the Thunderfire's tech marine to bolster defenses for 2 spots, so 2 sniper squads should work well)

As for list:

Looks strong.

You've got all/most of the your bases covered. If you have list weak points, they are longer range opponents who have the talons occupied with fliers. Thunderfires work if opponent is low armor or needs to get closer, but they fail miserably against leman russes and TAU hammerheads, as they can't scratch them and are out ranged by them. Easy solution here would be replacing of heavy bolter scouts with missile scouts, doesn't add much, but the extra long range AT should help in a pinch.

I will also comment that the libby and regular terminators are on the lighter ends of the "deathstar" concept. Things that deny your armor, will really hurt.

I also dislike the cyclone in this unit, not because it is ineffective, but because the unit must target the same target as the libby for shooting. I'd replace it with a heavy flamer or assault cannon (mostly for counter assault) or replace the entire unit for the cheaper assault terminators. I prefer assault terminators for libby escorts, especially if I have variable psychic powers.
