so against vehicles this helps the carnifex slightly, i mean with AGs a fex will already be at strength 10 so wont need to use smash as much as trygons, and therefore will have a decent amount of attacks. so does this mean the fex although still not as good as the trygon(speed, wounds, skill, init); may see more use in games now, specifically in lists against vehicles?

I think the answer is yes but not just for actually assaulting vehicles. The dakka fex > than ever. Can glance hull points off like nobodies business. I already average like 4-5 glancing hits for each dakka fex. Now that equals a wreck. something he can then charge into with 2d6!
