Hehe, we're all excited, man. Looks like a few people got the White Dwarf a bit earlier than expected, but in either case, check out the long thread we have about 6th edition rumours.

From what I understand that benifits nids: Broodlord psychic spam: trade in two old powers for 2 potentially destructive ones vehicles: shaken results stack up! behold even our hormagants can glance to death with adrenals Preferred enemy: Now with shooting! Vehicle spam getting you down? Why not plop a hive tyrant with old adversary in the middle of sayyyy a bunch of zoans/hive guard/tyrannofex/warriors? PEW PEW Turn sequence: remains the same! Force org: Allies trolling? Grey knights AND imperial guard you say? Effectively double your org chart by nids allying with themselves! Why not take 12 hive guard with some lictors and ymargls thrown in? Monstrous...OVER 10 SMASH?? Half the # of attacks you make but DOUBLE your strength. No one can figure out how this would benfifit any MC if it was capped at 10...so does it go to some new high? If not...well nids ability to kill things will have dropped off significantly. VECTOR strike: Harpy now harder to hit with can also land d3+1 attack after a 24" flight! Since it's a mc can it half those attacks and hit at double strength?? No idea. Flyrants just got way buffed with fliers only getting hit on 6+ after moving Speaking of movement: assault 2d6 inches. Hmm max 12 min 2...randomness is not a friend...Also sounds like fleet now just means rerolls to run/maybe assault rolls. Snap fire: well whats the fun of snap fire if we can't do it too? Gaunts with devours under preferred enemy could look NASTY to any unit silly enough to assault them. PREMEASURE. Yup sounds like any time any where, throw that tape on the table.

Faeit's blog: "For this rumor though I could end up being wrong or just missd something about how it exactly works. So let me repeat: THIS COULD END UP BEING WRONG. I just don’t have the same assurances that I have had in the past. So I with that said I would put this at 65% percent probability of being correct– if I was a betting man. Ok, enough of me covering may ass let’s get down to the last rumor I will be having about 6th edition.
So as many of you have noticed in the leaked 6th edition pictures a little Battle Report with allies shown for each of the armies (IG/GK) and (CSM/Deamons).
With Allies are allowed to expand the Force Org chart which has been reported before, but what if I told you that wasn’t the whole story. What if you could break the FoC without having Allies…
Here is example of how it works. I going to play my buddy which will be using IG and GK to face off against my poor little Nids. In 6th my bugs will not get Allies.
So how am I suppose to fight such a cheesy force?
Breaking the Bonds of FoC I take 12 Hive Guard if I have to. Oh hell, let me throw in some Lictors with that as well. Oh, wait I need Ymgarls too! Now I can have it all! Well that is easy, once I fill all the “Detachment Requirements” I can now take another Detachment and a whole other set of FoC slots as needed. Detachments are not beholden to Allies it is just one of the ways you can use them. I made certain promises not to go into any more detail. I am either right or wrong, we only have one more week to find out! "

No probs. This alone might bring nids up into the real world of 40k competitiveness....if there is such a thing.

Notice how there is already a thread for leaks and rumors....??
Lets use it.
Also, most rumors point to the 'ally detachment' *not* being a full force org. So don't get too excited.
