can somebody help me with vassal?

i havent played vassal for a bit, and went to try today only to find that everything has been updated.
this isnt a huge annoyance, but i cant see the terrain which really causes a problem.
im not sure what the policy is here, but could anybody dirrect me to a update, or tell me what the update is?

as a clarification, it has rivers, bogs and a bunch of tyranid terrain
