Alex looks like a cornered rabbit. SHe stiffens visibly and looks for a moment like she isn't going to say anything just sit there until he either goes away or chases her down and rends her limb from limb," I was just smiling at a Joke I heard earlier sir." she lies looking at him like she is ready to get up and bolt the moment he makes a move.

Jack smiles a small wicked smile as he speaks to Alex. "You better remember that joke soldier, you will need something to laugh about when we are out in the field."

Alex almost lets out a sigh of pure relief. She stops herself and instead relaxes into her chair silently reminding herself to never ever again choose the chair in front of him. She is so lost in this mental note that she nearly doesn't respond to him. She looks up in time to see his wicked smile and she feels her skin crawl and another rabbit impression attack coming on. " I'll .. Keep it well in mind sir. What is the aforementioned mission we are going on? Must be pretty big to send us and not your normal rank and file marines to deal with it."

"We are sent on a mission to investigate and terminate chaos influences on a hive world. The main part of the mission is basically search and destroy, nothing else. The reason that we are sent is because the inquisition is involved, on the chaos side. The local branch of the inquisition is suspected for heresy and treason, if that is true we are to root it out. The last information from the planet is that ninety-five percent of the people has gone over to chaos. We are sent on a genocide mission. We are to find and destroy the source of the treason and find the most advantegous point to bomb from orbit." Jack said, his smile growing even more wicked.

She doesn't smile at this but looks somewhat more at ease after hearing the mission. She cracks her hands together and then grins," I almost feel sorry for the traitors." She takes her daemonic sword off her back and looks at it with grim humor," Almost.." She places the sword on her back and puts her helmet on," When do we leave?"

[Zrascak]

"You are to be prepared for landing in ten minutes and assembled in the hangar. We will drop in a single pod in the slums of the main hive." Jack said as he looked around the room.

She stands gracefully and steps out of the meeting room striding quickly down the hallway while checking her weapons and ammo. Glad to see everything in working order she continues to walk towards the hanger bay. When she arrives she looks about realizing they have about 8 minutes before they launch. She kneels and begins to repeat prayers for glory to the emperor and safety for his servants. She continues her prayer until anyone else arrives at that time she stands finishing the prayer with so may it be.

"with all due respect sir, but we need more intel" Skraal said, looking for any chance to fight his errant legion brothers "are there any chaos Marines on the Planet? what legion are they? is there a demon leading them?"

"there isn't enough respect 'due' to commander." Kain said dryly as he made a mesh point to the Drop pod. "machine spirit guide us..." He mumbled as he pat the pod in the space he sat in. his mechadendrite arms folded into his white cape and all that remained was a white clad figure sat comfortably in the drop pod...

"If you need mroe intel, too bad. We do not have any more intel." Jack said as he seated himself in the drop pod.

Skraal wordlessly sat down, waiting for the pod to launch.

She stands walking over to whatever seat is open and sitting in it. She carefully rubs her hand over her stiff knees and stretches her leg out.

[Zrascak]

"Drop commencing in 3, 2, 1, 0." A metallic voice was heard as the drop pod dropped.

Skraal felt the pod flying through the atmosphere, and said over the vox "These thing weren't invented during the time of the Legions, is there anything i should expect, or will i just relax and be fine.

"It will be a little shaky but it is nothing to worry about. As long as nobody have messed up then it will work just fine." Jack answered Skraal's question.
