Well, I want to make meself a swarmlord, but my conversion skills are untested and I don't want to mess it up!

I want around three sets of BS and LW tyrant size to complete him. I have the entire ork component from Black Reach and a small amount of spare nid bits. I also have carrots.

So, anyone got what I need?
