Zarrak easily caught up with the elf, running and taking long, broad strides. "You are a sorcerer, are you not? Because from my knowledge, if you fail to remove the bonds I will have no choice to attack. My lord and master is ruthless, and it is only because I am 'spying' at the moment that I have free will. It is for tactical domination. Can you remove the spells binding my bones to the Tomb Kings' will? And you will have to either reforge them to your soul or my newfound one, else I will crumple to ashes. Do you think you can do that?"

Name: Ashen-Shugar Race: Bretonnian/Human Unit Type: Damsel Weapons: Bladed Staff, Magic Specialty: Healing and Necromantic spells. Equipment: Horse, Shield, Helmet Personality: Ashen-Shugar is helpful and kind, but on the battlefield she can summon powerful spells to destroy her enemies. Other: Doesn't wear armour when using magic. Rogue. Outlaw.
Ashen-Shugar watched the skeleton striding through the Empire camp. The horrible creature seemed to be talking with an Elf. ''Kill it! Kill the damn thing!'' She muttered under her breath. She glanced at the other skeletons attacking the chaos warriors. She didn't want either of the vile sides to win the fight. Pushing the thought back, she looked again at the skeleton warrior. She crept closer and smelled the deadness of it. Getting close enough to talk to it she listened. ....''spells binding my bones to the Tomb Kings will? And you will either have to reforge them to your soul or my newfound one, else I will crumple to ashes. Do you think you can do that?''. Ashen-Shugar had no idea as to why the creature wanted to leave its master, but she guessed that it was for the magical item she had came here for. But it already practically had it... ''There's only one way to find out.'' She thought. Ashen-Shugar stood and walked behind the skeleton. She leveled her strong staff at the back of its skull. ''Move and I kill you.'' She nearly shouted.

Asuyr had followed the clumsy human since it left the camp and now it stod there beliving that it was that easy to kill a Khemrian warrior, no you had to either decapitate it, completely crush the skull just to knock it down, then you had to burn the bones in a purging flame only then could you truly kill one, Asuyr swings of his horse and walks over to the human, making sure not to do any sudden movements, "Do not worry, he will not hurt you" It was both a message to the Khemrian that he would take care of it aswell as a sentece to soothe the human. Your strength lies in the winds of magic not brute force, and at the same time makes a disarming move with his sword sending the staff flying he grabs it in the air and slamms it into the ground so it stays there, then puts away his weapons to show that he is of no harm. "Have you talked to the general?"
Then turns back to the khemrian warrior, "I am not a sorcerer, however there are several mages coming once i have gained some allies, and once things are under control Teclis himself will come and pay us a visit, if he is needed that is. if he cannot unbind you no one can."
With that he turns around and starts walking towards the combat between the skeletal warriors and chaos, leaving the damsel and the khemrian to sort things out between themselves.

Krask finished off his foe with a devestating blow that shattered his skeletal opponent. He bellowed prayers to Khorne, dedicating the shtterd bones to him, but there was no blood for the blood god so Krask soon returned to twitchy anticipation of bloodshed. Missing the approach of the mage, his unit continiued their march to Khemri.

Zarrak jerked, realizing at the last second that the sword was actually a magic staff that COULD kill him, and stopped himself from moving. "Staff? You are a sorceress? Did you overhear the conversation? Well, well, well. The elf cannot help me, but can you? Do you know necromancy at all? Of course, I rather doubt that you WOULD help me, so I can guess that your answer is no, correct? Quickly, the Chaos warriors just finished off the last of my skeletons. Before long I will be forced to take action to stop them from getting into the tomb, and that will mean forging a path to them. Through the both of you. I would not like that, not at all."

Asuyr made a whistling noice and his horse came over to pick him up, he did not have time to fight, it had also been a change of plans, he could feel the Damsels strong sense of judgement and knew that she would do the right thing, and that the empire camp would open fire on the chaos warriors once she was out of their line of fire, the Khemrian could handle his own so he rode over to the two of them stopped and said "Damsel i really need to talk to you, come with me to the elven shrine we can talk there" Reaching down his hand to help her up on the horse. "Khemrian, in the shrine there is an altar, the damsel should be able to free you from your bonds there if she wants to that is. Travel north, it is about ten minutes on horseback, i will guide you the last part of the way i just need to drop the damsel of so she can get used to the winds of magic that whirls around the shrine and waystone." Then turns his attention back to the Damsel "The empire camp is ready to open fire on the chaos warriors once you are out of the way, i promise i will not harm you in any way and i am sure you will be intrested in experiencing an elven place of magic."

''It would be very convenient to have a chance to get used to the magic that surrounds the shrine, and I am sure you would not harm me, it is not the way of High Elves.'' Ashen-Shugar pulled a small, pulsing, red gem out of a pouch on her sleeve and threw it to the skeleton. ''You will need it Khemrian, it will protect you from most basic mélee and projectile attacks. Meet me at the Elven Shrine and I can free you of your bonds.'' Ashen-Shugar grasped Asuyr's strong, slender hand and he pulled her onto the horse. She clicked and her staff flew through the air and she stuck her hand out and caught the strong wooden shaft. ''Lets get the Shrine, Elf, I would like to be as familiar with the elven magic as possible.''

Another whistling sound and the horse sets in impressive pace, for five-ten minutes you just ride trough dead wasteland with a dead tree here and there, then you see a circle of tall wide slender stone standing up and kind of reminds of a doors without any walls around them. Asuyr Keeps a steady pace straight towards one of them and points his lance forward, while whispering some elven prayer, "Hold on!" He yells as they hit the stone and with a bright blue flash. After the dizzyness is gone you find yourself somewhere in the wasteland but now there is a circle of elven runestones and a huge waystone in the middle with an altar beneath it. Guarding the waystones are some tall elves carrying haliberds, and some kind of elven armor with runes running up along it, the helm has birdwings reaching for the sky on both sides and shines with a magical gold colour, behind them a long cloak with flames seems to be blowing with the wind, but when you think about it there is no wind. There is also a wierd magical aura about them, Ashen-Shugar couldnt decide if it came from the wastone or the guards. "They are pheonix guard, they wont speak and they wont hurt you unless you in any way does something that might suggest corruption because this is a sacred place." Asuyr helps Ashen-Shugar of the horse and keeps her steady as they approach the waystone in the middle, then says something in elvish to the guards and lets go of the damsel. "Just get used to the magical energies around here, if you feel someone searching around your mind dont resist it, it is simply asuyrian searching around your mind looking for any sign of taint. If he finds anything he will order the guard to kill you." Asuyr Then swings back up on his horse and rides back the way they came, Ashen-Shugar suddenly realized that the elf had somewhat tricked her, if she was clean she would get a fantastic oppurtunity to explore elven magic, if not he would have ridden himself of someone that might once betray him. But she was fine with that tradeoff, she was determined to remain pure and wouldnt want to live if she werent. Asuyr Stopped outside the dull grey circle of stones and waited for the khemrian.

Ashen-Shugar looked around at the gaurds, their impassive, expressionless faces looking straight ahead. She walked into the middle of the circle, where the magic was strongest, this was quickly noted by the Pheonix Gaurds. Ashen-Shugar slowly sat on the sandy, cracked ground, crossed her legs and closed her eyes. This would help familiarise the elven magic and hopefully stop it from harming her. Ashen-Shugar sat in peace for about five minutes, then she felt Asuyrian searching her mind and spirit. She nearly resisted, the feeling was so alien to her. She carefully closed the back of her mind so the Elf would not find anything there. Ashen-Shugar knew that if anyone found out what she did to Bretonnia all the years ago, there would be LOTS of explaining to do. She opened her eyes and the Pheonix Gaurds were regarding her with suspicion. Ashen-Shugar closed her eyes again.

Zarrak stared at the gem given to him by the human sorcerer, then tucked away in a small pouch hanging from his crumbling belt. He could sell it to get himself started after his bonds were broken. And after the battle was over. He wearily sprinted after the elvish horse, carrying the sorcerer, running at an even pace, even taking a few bullets which he was sure were intended to hit him, out of bets, cowardice, stupidity or just plain spite.

OOC: Bump.
Zarrak reached the shrine, and all attention was on him. The guards ignored the human sorcerer and all eyes gazed sharply at him.
Zarrak could feel the Tomb King's will and inevitable wrath taking over. "Quickly, sorcerer!"

Asuyr was watching and he could feel that the Tomb Kings will was getting stronger, but it did not matter the khemrian could not win a fight here, the phenoix guard was more than capable of killing undead and Asuyrian champion of the phenox guard was surely closeby. And ontop of it all Asuyr was mounted ready to take of the khemrians head with one strike of his sword or pierce it with a thrust of his lance.

Ashen-Shugar ran up to Zarrak. ''Lay down on that big stone! The one in the middle!''. Zarrak did so. Ashen-Shugar placed a blue or green gem at Zaraks hands and fet and a purple one on his forehead. ''These will help channel the magic''. Ashen-Shugar held her left hand over Zarraks head and began a low, quiet incantation. After a few long minutes Ashen-Shugar moved her hand to his ribcage, where his heart would be. Finally, she removed her hand. There was what seemed to be a ball of energy in her hand. It was a golden yellow colour. Ashen-Shugar softly blew onto it and it slowly solidified. It was the skeletons life force. Ashen-Shugar pulled the skeletons mouth open and stuck the now solid energy into the back of his skull. ''If his will is strong, then he will return. But he may act in a slightly threatening or clueless manner for a short while, it is just disorientation.'' Ashen-Shugar was exhausted and without another word, she sat with her back to one of the large rocks.

Zarrak barely felt anything as the Tomb Kings tried to take over. He was shunted aside, cast aside.
As the ritual was completed, Zarrak came into consciousness, looking up at the world. It was a very speedy recovery, and as predicted his first thoughts were of wrath and rage. But he soon calmed down, and reasserting control over himself, noting that he could. Finally, he was rid of the bond between himself and the Tomb Kings! He felt nothing of their plans, or the indomitable legions of skeletal warriors. He was free of it. Free!
"Thank you, sorcerer. Thank you very much."
