I've managed to get numerous pairs from these guys and the service is superb. You do have to keep checking every other day or so though as they do go fast but they have had them in stock recently.
That's about the most help I can give you on this I'm afraid.

The deathspitter grips are exactly like the MC dev's grips. After they're painted, you can't tell the difference.
