One Vs One - Commisar Serius vs The Xenos!

Yes! Fight one of those things! As demonstrated by SecondCenturion, this is a One-on-One RP fight between two players, each taking turns to post. The fight will be between my lone Imperial Guardsmen of No Special Rank versus something that a prospective player dreams up.

NOTE- i do not mind what you field as long as it is not a MC!! or a tank, or anything bigger than a warrior/sergant/commisar. My Chapter of IG is a renegade Army so feel free to attack me with guard.

I will include a third person if they're fast enough, once you have posted, wait for the other person to post themselves before posting.

Please post at least 4 lines per post, and no leaving half way through! Describe what YOUR character is doing not Commisar Serius please. i dont want people repeating what i say.

A cloak billowed in the wind of the deserted tau bunker, they had succesfully eradicated the tau of the planet, hopefully. Commisar Serius stood over a dead body, he nudged it with his foor, nothing. The character shrugged and looked around at the waste land, he normally went off on his own and killed anybody who followed him, something was there but it was hard to tell in the darkness. He took a deep breath in, normally it would of sounded like an old man wheezing, but behind his gas mask the breath sounded like nails on a blackboard. His powerfist hung limply by his side, his las-pistol holstered, he was still ready as the powerfist surged with electircal energy.

His boots clanked heavily across the metal floor making a hell of a lot of noise, he was sure somebody would hear it. As the sound echoed

Through the sewage system connecting the various Tau bunkers, a single agile creature slipped. It was a lone alien, a vanguard organism of a Tyranid Hive Fleet, sent out to locate prey for the Hive Fleet to feast on. But what it was doing here, in a sewage system in the middle of nowhere, was hard to tell. Perhaps the Hive Mind had located one of the prey's leader organisms and wanted it dead. Whatever the goal was, the creature clambered through rusted sewage pipes, towards the bunker where the human stood.

Diamond-hard claws dug into rusted metal, making a slight metallic sound as the Tyranid clambered up the pipe. Soon, it was up in the ceiling, in a vent above the cloaked prey-organism. Its feeder tendrils tasted the air. This was definitely the correct prey. With an eerie silence, the impossibly lithe creature clambered out of the vent and hung above the human, its shadow momentarily cast on the thick concrete wall. Then, the genestealer pounced.

(( This is a tyraind I created using a creature creation guide. Stronger then a warrior but less the a broodlord. He's not a MC or anything like that and he takes up an elite slot in broods of 3 much like the lictor. If he is too much just tell me and I will not use him. ))

A low hiss echoed from the pool of sewage as a lone creature breaks the placid calm sending ripples across the surface. Sensing a presence not felt in many years the creature folds it's spined back dorsal fin. Silently leavings the pool and makes it's way to the surface the creature draws it's razor edged talons to its side. It's long muscled tail trails behind him as he taking in the smells in the air. Climbing on chitinous claws hardened over time to a fierce edge the single tyranid claws up the sewage pipe to look on a cloaked figure looking over the distance. Sensing another of his kind the creature quietly but quickly scans the room spotting the vanguard hanging effortlessly from the ceiling about the cloaked prey. Watching the amphibious tyranid waits for the right time lightly hissing as poisoned saliva drips from his dagger filled mouth.

"Shi-!" the commissar rolled sideways out of the way of the deadly claws, as he rolled he spun and ran towards the now rising sun. He peered over his shoulder at the oncoming predator, it was much closer then he would like it to be. The holster of his las-pistol clicked open and a gloved hand slot into the handle, Serius let off a couple of rounds into the creature hoping at least one would hit it. His boots clanged against the metal surface, his powerfist was slowing him down "God Damnit!" he reached a hole in the floor and leaped it landing hard on the Rock-crete floor, he stood up and kept running.

The diamond-hard claws sank almost an inch into the concrete floor where the prey had stood just a moment before. The vanguard organism hissed in disappointment; its prey was faster than anticipated, and had good reflexes. The genestealer had barely landed on the floor before it bounded after the running prey, it's powerful alien/human hybrid legs carrying it forward effortlessly. It had almost caught up, when the prey turned and fired its weapon. A couple of rounds punched into the genestealer's chest, its enlarged ribcage taking the brunt of the damage, leaving small smoking craters in the hard exoskeleton. The alien shrieked, its yellow eyes filled with anger and crimson skin glinting in the sunlight. Barely slowing down, the creature leapt after the prey, effortlessly leaping across the hole in the floor.

A strong will filled the amphibious creatures mind telling it to follow. Watching the new prey dodge his cousins claws. This new prey was quick and intelligent. Backing away as the cloaked figure jumps the opening the amphibian was about to move when the vanguard jumps the opening. Pulling itself out of the opening the newly connected tyranid stands to it full height of just over 2 meters tall. Stretching it talons and flicking its powerful tail it feels the connection to follow. Silently shadowing the two figures out of the bunker the amphibious tyranid feels the power of the hive mind pushing it forward. With its powerful limbs it starts to run catching up in seconds. The setting sun in the distance masked his shadow as twilight was quickly approaching.

Serius looked behind him "The hell with this!" he shouted as another tyranid clambered from its hiding place and sped towards him and the alien organism. He bolted towards a wall with a small hole that lead to the stronghold on the tau base containing lots of dead tau and imperial guard alike, the hole was 4ft by 4ft and was filled with rocks and had an uneven ceiling. Serius light frame dropped and slide elegantly through the hole, missing the dangerous rocks that would surely end his life "Get me now Xenos!" he jumped onto his feet and ran into the pile of dead bodies, he grabbed the nearest weapon, luckily it was something he had come to love, a melta gun. He pulled the heavy weapon onto his shoulders and dug into a pile of bodys, he hid within them with the melta pointing out of his vision hole "Come get me..."

The genestealer slowed down as it approached the hole in the wall, cautious to any signs of danger. It lifted its head and tasted the air with its tendrils. It could taste a multitude of dead prey inside, both blue-skins and pink-skins. Warily, the Tyranid creeped closer, lifting its head to the hole and leered inside, intelligent yellow eyes scanning the interior of the room. It placed two of its clawed hands on the edges of the hole, preparing to slip inside. Suddenly it froze, eyes wandering of the pile of bodies. The Hive Mind sensed movement.

The amphibious tyranid watched the new prey jump through a hole in the wall only to yell some incomprehensible jeers back. Slowly aproaching the hole the tyranid sensed something was not right. The other vanguard had frozen in place just as it was about to follow the new prey. Standing beside the hole the tyranid new it couldn't get through this way. The strong presence to attack and kill the new prey was almost overpowering. Standing to it full height the creature bellows flexing his talons and his spined dorsal fin. A beastial scream echoed from the tyranid as an inhuman voice calls for the death of the new prey. In quick succession the amphibious tyranid slams his powerful tail against the wall knocking chunks of the wall and support columns loose. Then with a quick flicking motion the tail snapped into the hole sending sharp needles from its tail weapon (think non twin-linked spinefist, about strength 4 for the tail) darting at the waiting prey.

"What in the emperors name is that!" shouted the commisar from within the pile as rock fell from the sky, he fled into the pile incase of futher danger as spikes penetrated the dead bodys. He endured it for no longer than 3 seconds when when peierced his right arm, heeaving the multimelta out of the bodies he squeezed the trigger sending a flurry of magma at the opening, hoping to do more than simply scar the creatures "Die Die!" shouted the distressed commisar.

The genestealer reacted a second too slow. When its ally fired a piercing volley of spikes into the room, the creature prepared to climb through and get to the prey within. It froze dead, however, as a low-pitched whine signalled the oncoming danger. It threw itself down, but a moment too slow. The super-heated steam blasted through the hole where it had been a second before, simply vaporizing one of the genestealer's muscular arms. The alien shrieked in pain as the thin steam that had once been its arm drifted away.

Watching it's cousin tyranid take the opportunity to attack the amphibious tyranid jumps back just as the little one drops. The air seemed to burst into flames as the multimelta shot punched through the hole. Flames licked his carapace scorching a black mark on its chest. The genestealer shrieked in pain as the blast melted an arm(rending or normal?). A fury filled the amphibious tyranid as the will became even stronger to attack and kill the new prey. Letting loose another haunting howl at the cunning prey the tyranid slams his tail against the wall again and again cracking and breaking the already damaged wall. Its razor edged claws dug deep into the rockcrete as massive pieces of the wall began to fall.

"Ha!" the commisar shouted across the room at the genestealer, only for his rant to be cut off by a scream and debris flying every where. He ducked back down into the bodies caring for his wound on his shoulder, he twisted open a hatch and slid down the ladder into the sewers, deserting the multimelta. "Gotta find it, gotta find it!" he muttered as he ran through the underground vehicle bay towards the rough riders section, he smiled as he found it, A vintage style Motocross bike coverted for battle combat with a lance. He flung himself onto it and revved the engine sending a roar down the loading bay.

The wall continued to break apart was the tyranid attacks it with a fierce will. Finally unable to sustain itself the wall collapses into the room of dead prey. Sniffing the air the tyranid's advanced sensory organ seperates the different scents until finding the one it was after. Throwing the dead around like toy dolls the tyranid digs until it reached the hatch the prey took. Without thinking the tyranid draws its claws and spines fin to its body and dives through the hole. Raking the walls of the tunnel on its journey down the tyranid inadvertently tears the ladder a sunder. Reaching the bottom with a hard thud the tyranid jumps off after it prey. Just as the scent was fresh in the air the tyranid hears the roar of something in the distance. Bounding after the noise the tyranid comes to a stop in front of the mounted commisar and lets out another deafening roar as poisonous saliva drips from its mouth.

The genestealer hissed in pain, trying to ignore the burning stump of its left (regular) arm. It watched as the amphibious Tyranid creature brought the wall down, before disappearing inside. The vanguard organism lifted its head and tasted the air, feeder tendrils flicking in the dry air. It could no longer taste the cloaked prey. With an enraged snarl, the genestealer jumped over the wrecked wall, just in time to see the slithering tail of the other alien disappearing into a hatch in the floor. The vanguard followed, climbing cumbersomely down through the hatch, its three remaining arms gripping into the walls as it descended.
