Well, Everest one didn't work out so I am not looking for some more people because I really want to have a succesful RP on the Everest.
The story continues...
Roughly one year after The Belephron was lost in Sector 88 on the Eastern Fringe. Reports about it's destruction were, hazy, at best. A lone Imperial Freighter, The Kosa, discovered it's wreckage. The remains of the Dauntless Class Vessel were blasted beyond recognition, there was no evidence as to what happened to it, and, no survivors. Segmentum Command dismissed the incident however, it could have been anything, a rouge pirate vessel, Orks, Tau, mutiny, a freak accident. Segumentum Comamnd did go to the effort of putting out a general message across the Eastern Fringe to report any information about The Belephron's demise to Segmentum Command imiedietly. The message was universaly ignored.
However, when an entire colony dissapeared not far from The Belephron's wreckage Segumentum Command was forced to act. The small Hive World was found empty by a Commerce Guild freighter, all three Hive Cities empty. Segmentum Command didn't know what to make of this so, it scrambled half a dozen Imperial Navy Squadrons to Sector 88. Nothing was found.
Two years later a lone ship, of unrecognizable class, drifts into orbit above the world of Vellier's Bane, a small Adeptes Mechanicus colony. Six Orbital Defense Stations train their batteries onto the approaching vessel, no response is made after attempts to communicate are made. Scans reveal no life forms and most of the power systems offline. Six Shuttloes carrying ten men, assorted Mechanicus PDF, Imperial Guard Trainees, Imperial Navy Flotilla, and Imperial Marines, are sent towards the ship to determine what happened on board....
