issues with the new nid mod

I need some help with this god forsaken software. its been downloaded and installed in the default places... it searches for dark crusade. That took too long so i had it run it directly off the cd, the game manager hasn't picked it up either way. any ideas?

So far it only runs on Dark Crusade, if I remember correctly.
You need to have Dark Crusade installed, and after you installed the Mod to its latest version (4.01) you run the game directly through its own executable. You should have a "DOW Tyranid Mod" icon somewhere on your desktop.

Do you have any other addons? I remember that could cause problems.

well the inquisition mod worked, the steel legion never did & neither has the nid mod. eventually i uninstalling everything & giving up on the mods
