Log:-Prime
The Aquatic maximals have Tight-Beamed the results of their oceanic survey. They have flagged three islands near the equator of the planet as good for colonization in terms of either likely energy or mineral sources. I will colonize two, establishing a base on the largest island situated between the UT Mercs and the Black Hole Army and an energy processing facility on the Arrowhead island.
This world is not without its dangers, so I have asked the heavy aquatic maximals to wait off-shore for the arrival of the transports, each of which will be accompanied by Targetmaster-bearing Aerialbots. As there is more to be done and more ground to cover, I will be sending two transports to explore the larger island, and only one to the arrowhead island. Considering their proximity, I will ask Carter if he would like to aid in securing these islands. The tactical advantage of holding such a commanding position of the western oceans cannot be understated.
With more of the delegates arriving, we should consider starting the conference.
To Carter ************************************************************* I believe it is time to expand our territory. I would like to establish a base on the large island to the west of your continent and the arrow-shaped island to the south of it. Would your men would like to take part in securing these strategic locations?
Till all are One, Optimus Prime ************************************************************** To all conference attendees ******************************************************** Friends, while not all of the delegates are present, the fast-changing nature of our planet, anything that expedites these proceedings is welcome. I will open the floor to those who wish to put forward goals for the meeting. Till All are one, Optimus Prime

If I may speak? Greetings. I am Carter, Commander-in-Chief of the Black Hole Army.
From the briefing I recieved about the situation, i believe there is a being with telepathic capabilities. I also believe it will be hard to convert this being to our side, so that would be out of the question. I also believe the destruction of this beast to be a bad idea, as there is a lot to be learned by researching it. However it has the capability of wiping out any number of people, which is why I suggest we build a space-faring vehicle for it and blast it into space, where it can cause no harm. The other alternative would be to construct a prizon far away from civilisation to keep the monster in until a better arrangement can be made.
As for the Maange, I suggest we work with them to get the space vehicle working to its flight capacity. They should be familiar with it and it could lead to greater discoveries which would benefit us all.
************************************************************************** To the Autobots:
i believe the Island you have mentioned is already one we have reached. It is where we took the ore 13 from. We have discovered very little of it, but plan to explore it a little more when we have the man-power.

************************************************************************** Romorini, you eagerly send your men to explore the wonders of this large island..floating amongst others. One of your allies claims he retreived a small stash of Ore from it in the far past...
Your heavy Aquatic Maximals wait just off shore when something in the foliage shudders... Your 'men' turn their attentions to the object but nothing is there.....Although Autobots aren't human, something in these waters is causing the Aquatic Maximals to tremble... Just a few minutes later the Two Transports and TargetMasters arrive just when the island trembles and bubbles surface on the water... What do you wish to do? **************************************************************************

That sounds like volcanic activity to me. All air units to the sky with their passengers. They start circling high and wide to establish an epicenter while the aquatic team moves away from the bubbles. Sulfurous fumes are bad for robots too.

in other news, I am calling parts to construct a jump gate so we can expand our movement of this planet. also, we can begin to face the Terrain fleets which are to come in in about 10 years, if not sooner. I still have to set up movement of space travel, but it seems I will be stuck here till after I mind control the zerg.
To Fenix of Aiur Planet ************************************************************************** Trasmission send.
Fenix,
I am requesting parts to be warped here for a jump gate. we may also need long ranged scanners so we may observe this world, and the worlds around us. Power Overwelming.

((I am wondering if, sometime, we could move away from this planet and move to a diffrent one? I would have to ask for a map, seeing as we have a talented map maker.))

Yep, one day we will be moving to a new planet, the day will be the day that someone builds and takes off in a space worthy vehicle. as for a new map for the new planet, well that would depend on whether or not the planet actually exists in a gaming/film/tv world. If so, whomever lands there could they please provide an image of the planet and perhaps a landscape or two? thanks. If it's an entirely new planet then we will get our mapmaker to write up a new one, if s/he doesn't mind.
Oh and before i forget, could Name submit his tactics for his battle against the Zerg sometime soon. I plan to have the battle results posted on friday. If i don't then you'll all be waiting a week for them, cause i'll be going away again. If that happens i'll forward the tactics to one of the other war mods.

Okay, everyone lands and establishes a base camp in the center of a large clearing. Micromasters start taking various readings of the area: soil quality, calculating mineral wealth and bedrock quality for construction, while half of the autobots and all the brutes begin surveying towards the west. targetmaster-bearing Aerialbots are in the air doing some mapping and are ready to move in to support if whatever spooked those birds can't be handled by twelve giant alien robots.

************************************************************************** Your men discover that this dense island is rich in minerals but also shows several dozens of small, foreign life readings... All of a sudden, something rushes past the plants and ferns...it's many legs scurrying over the underbrush... Your men shout and follow the strange being..apparently 4 feet in height. You track it down and corner it to a tree...Your men assume their positions and you...
What shall you do? **************************************************************************

Slowly approach the tree and attempt to get a visual. If it is hostile, attempt to stun it with low laser settings or have a brute pin it down. Escalate as necessary.

************************************************************************** Just as your Autobots attempt to stun it, the invertebrate backs up into the tree, and is slurped within the roots with a sick, gushing noise and squeal. The tree...it shivers and trembles.... The ground shakes again, branches fall and leaves rustle. Then it subsides again. You and your men back away 3 feet and question wether this expedition was a smart one...and wether that tree..is really a tree...
...More birds and mammals flee for refuge... And, utterly stunned, you and your fellow comrades watch as the tree-thing begins to lurch and slip into the ground below...slowly...vines curl and branches snap... Once the tree is almost fully submerged...it stops moving...
What is your next move, brave explorer? **************************************************************************

I have my micromasters construct a remote-controlled drone in the general size and shape of the invertebrate. I want to see how dangerous this strange organism is to our alloys, as well as get an idea of just what we are dealing with. If the foliage attacks, my autobots are instructed to not engage these creatures hand-to-hand.
