Who can use Combat Drugs?

If a Dark Eldar character uses combat drugs, are the effects of the drugs aplied to him and his squad?

For instance, we have a Dark Eldar Warrior squad with a Sybarite charging some Tac Marines. The Sybarite uses drugs and chooses +1 Str. He gets +1 Str, but do the Warriors get +1 Str too?

Nope, if only a sybarite/succubus/etc has chosen drugs from the armoury, the effect applies only to him/her, not the squad. I think it's just Wyches, Reaver Jetbikes and Hellions that use combat drugs for the whole squad.

If a dark eldar character takes and uses combat drugs the effects only apply to himself. In actuality the DE character takes a "combat drug dispenser". The combat drugs that are included with some squads does not stack with the DE character drugs(these replace the effect).
