Enhanced Senses?

Dose anyone have any ideas on how to represent enhanced senses on a tyrant? I am familiar with the green stuff eye but I really cannot get into it. Thanks.

You could just use a carnifex head, but I wouldnt do that...

On my Warriors, I'm just using a paint job to show Enhanced Senses. Most of my units have Black eyes, but those with +BS get Red or Yellow, done with a glowing effect to the best of my ability. My Tyrant's converted from a Fex, so I just used a Fex head for him, but that doesn't look as good if you're using the actual Tyrant kit.

I used the tusks from a spare fex head as antennae like those of the ES fex head.

In a previous incarnation he had the upper front portion of an enhanced senses fex head greenstuffed into his head carapace. It made his crest look like a samurai helmet.

on my carnifex I chopped of a couple of hormagaunt tails nice and short an stuck em folding backwards on the head like antennae.

I gave my hive tyrant two heads. I used the two of the metal hive tyrant heads. It looks very nice IMO.

Make his nostrils bigger? More "ears"? Some more of those heat pits?

Maybe a bio targeter mounted on the guns/side of head? I did that with my nids in my old nid army. Marco did them and it was a neat idea. They are normally made from feeder arm bits, normally the warrior venom cannon feeder arm tube and the devourer feeder arm, using the ball joints that would normally be attached to the joint on the gun as the 'eye'.

You know the eye on deathspitters and fleshborers? well for them, just paint the eye itself. For non enhanced ones (although this shouldn't pop up) don't paint the eye, and no one will notice it.

Ehm I just didnt do anything to represent enhanced senses, i did all other biomorphs but somehow couldnt be bothered to make antennas or something well, im not a tourny player anyway...only casual...especially with nids with all the special breakable stuff and large number of models.
