1k Invasion Fleet list for tournament in march

Hello there

I will be attending a 12 player 1k tournament at my local hobby club in march and would like to ask for some advice regarding my list.
This is my first attempt at 'real' list building in 10th Edition. Only played two combat patrol games in 10th so far...

Winged Prime will lead the Gargoyles.
Termagants will stay close to the Tervigon for healing and [Lethal Hits] buff.
Zoanthropes will stay close the help with their 6++ bubble and add some firepower.
Winged Hive Tyrant will be my mobile distraction Carnifex and/or alpha damage dealer.
That's the plan, i guess ;-)

No.

Winged Tyrant is expensive, weak and immobile. New flying rules basically killed him. You’re better off with a Walkrant - tougher and has a gun, plus his Assault aura is better than it seems.

Tervigon is a huge waste of points if you don’t go heavy on Termagants (and even then she’s not outstanding). Bad melee, bad shooting, low mobility. Can be ok with 40+ Termagants.

Speaking about Termagants - no point in going for small units. 20 or not at all. Unless their only job is to camp home objective - then a Biovore or even Neurogaunts are better.

Winged Prime is also a weak choice - Sustained hits won’t turn 10 Gargs into a shooting threat, his melee is bad for the points.
