Ending a move on top of a objective.

Hi everyone.
So was playing a game and my opponent finished his Land Raider move on top of an objective thus completley covering it. I said he can't do that and showed him in the rule book where it states so. He said that that rule has been changed to allow it. I looked at the errata/ faqs but could not find anything.
Is this correct and where does it say?

I think that the tournament play rules allow for setting up on an objective marker.

Remember, it is up to him to show you the rule/errata/FAQ that supports his position.

You showed where the rules stated he couldn’t do it, he has to prove he can at this point.

 Yeah, turns out it was from the Leviathan tournament rules. 
He is a friend so I wasn't going to fight him on it too much. 
Now we know.
