Need help making a 500 pts list

Hey, I am new to 40k and want to do a 500 pts game against a buddy but I have no clue what would be good.
Any help appreciated thanks!
I have:

1x Tyranid Prime
1x Neurotyrant with 2x Neuroloids
1x Screamer-Killer
1x Psychophage
x3 Von Ryan's Leapers
x5 Barbgaunts
11x Neurogaunts
20x Termagants
2x Ripper swarm
8x Genestealers
1x Broodlord

The one game I played I ran:
Screamer-Killer
Neurotyrant w/ neuroloids --> 20pt enhancment
10x termagants
5x gene stealers
5x barbgaunts

Neurotyrant is the effective choice for 500 pts, and running Nexus with the Power of the Hive Mind enhancement makes it a great unit for 115 pts. Looking at Nexus and your models, you have melee and synapse units you can take to maximize the detachment rules and strats. Maybe:

Neurotyrant w/ PotHM
SK
5x GS
11x Neurogaunts
3x VRL

Edit: alternatively, run the SK as Old One Eye and throw in lots of bodies (if playing with secondary missions). Something like:

OOE
Neuro w/ PotHM
11x Neurogaunts
10x Termagants
10x Termagants
5x Barbgaunts
1x Ripper Swarm
